Is it enough yet?

The current COVID-19 death toll in the United States is 157, 119.

Donald Trump’s recent interview with Axios’ Jonathan Swan is a worldwide embarrassment.  In case you missed the highlights:

President Donald J. Trump: Yeah. Under the circumstances right now, I think it’s under control. I’ll tell you what-

Jonathan Swan: How? 1,000 Americans are dying a day.

President Donald J. Trump: They are dying. That’s true. And it is what it is. But that doesn’t mean we aren’t doing everything we can. It’s under control as much as you can control it. This is a horrible plague that beset us.

And when Trump hands Swan some charts to read:

President Donald J. Trump: Here is one. Well, right here, United States is lowest in numerous categories. We’re lower than the world.

Jonathan Swan: Lower than the world?

And:

Jonathan Swan: You read your daily intelligence brief?

President Donald J. Trump: I comprehend extraordinarily well, probably better than anybody that you’ve interviewed in a long time. I read a lot. I spend a lot of time at meetings. Usually it’s once a day or at least two or three times a week, intelligence meetings.

IS. IT. ENOUGH. YET?

This man has suggested that we inject ourselves with bleach and take a controversial medication with no scientific backing.  He has mocked people for wearing masks and still refuses to endorse masks with any consistency.  He has berated Drs. Fauci and Birx. He thinks we are doing better than the world.

I’m not discussing anything new.  I am pleading.  If we do not remove Donald Trump from office through our vote, we will continue to die until a vaccine is available.

Vote like you give a shit:
